You'll be surrounded by trees and can listen to the sound of the river flowing nearby. It's perfect for just sitting and enjoying the calm atmosphere.

How to Get to Alimatoc River Camp

Getting to Alimatoc River Camp is quite straightforward, especially if you have access to a motorcycle. From Sagay City bus terminal, it's approximately an hour's ride to reach the camp. While I'm not certain about public transportation options, traveling by motorcycle is a convenient and scenic way to reach this serene destination.


Facilities and Fees:

Your day at Alimatoc River Camp is well worth the minimal expense. For just 30 pesos, you gain access to the camp's inviting pool and well-maintained restroom facilities. If you're planning to extend your stay overnight, bring along your own tent and set up camp for a nominal fee of 150 pesos. While you're there, treat yourself to a hearty serving of native chicken tinola, a local favorite, priced at a reasonable 600 pesos. And don't forget to indulge in their flavorful native or iced coffee options, perfect for recharging after a day of outdoor adventure.

Alimatoc River Camp isn't just a place to stay—it's a tranquil retreat where you can truly unwind and appreciate the beauty of the natural world.


Waterfall Adventure: Pacol Falls

During our trip, we got to see two out of seven waterfalls. To guide you through the journey, you can hire a local guide for just 300 pesos per group. They'll show you the best paths to each waterfall, making sure you have a safe and enjoyable experience.
