How to Get to The Grassland in Murcia, Negros Occidental:

Getting to The Grassland is easy-peasy. If you're coming from Bacolod, hop on a jeepney or bus heading to Murcia. Just tell the driver or conductor to drop you off at crossing Buenavista. If you're traveling from San Carlos City, take a Ceres bus bound for Bacolod and ask to get off at crossing Buenavista. The bus fare from San Carlos to crossing Buenavista is around 180 pesos.


Once you reach crossing Buenavista, ride a tricycle to Punta Cemento. Tricycle fare is usually 75 pesos per person.


From Punta Cemento, you have two choices: you can hike to The Grassland, which takes about 4-5 hours, or you can rent a motor taxi (habal-habal) for a faster ride. The fare for the motor taxi is around 350 pesos per person for a one-way trip.
