Start your adventure early from Cebu City. Head to Cebu North Terminal and catch a bus going to Maya-Kawit. The bus ride costs around P200-250 one way. Try to catch the earliest trip, around 3 am, so you can catch the boat to Carnaza Island. Tell the driver to drop you off at TAPILON PORT, Daanbantayan, not Maya port. It's a 3-4 hour journey from the city to Tapilon, covering about 129.0 km. Then, hop on a boat to Carnaza Island, which costs around P100-200 one way. The boat ride takes about 2-3 hours, covering about 26 km from Tapilon.
